Once the order has been shipped you will receive an email that will provide a tracking number. You may view the progress of your shipment on by entering the tracking number provided in the email.
Once we received your returned item(s), its condition will be inspected by our customer service department. If accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5 working days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays). Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take a few more days for the credit to be posted to your account. Please contact your credit card company for more information.
For domestic shipping, you should receive your order about 2- 7 business days.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a refund within 14 days of purchase date . Returns must be unworn, in its original condition and in the original packaging/ shoe box.
